SHIPPING POLICY

GRAVITY DICE processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders are generally processed within 1 – 2 business days. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

 

U.S. Shipping 

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service)

Standard Shipping: Please allow 4-7 Business Days. 

Express Shipping:  Please allow 3-4 Business Days, Express shipping times are NOT guaranteed. (Must be placed before 2:00 PM MST Monday – Friday to be shipped the same day) Express Shipping may include up to $50 of insurance.

Express PLUS Shipping:  Please allow 2-3 Business Days, Express shipping times are NOT guaranteed. (Must be placed before 2:00 PM MST Monday – Friday to be shipped the same day) Express PLUS shipping includes $100 of insurance.

We can not ensure that packages with insurance will be covered, as this is up to the United States Postal Service what is covered.

 

International Shipping

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking is NOT included if you select International First Class Mail. Insurance is not included if you select International First Class Mail. Up to $200 of insurance is included if you select Priority Mail Express International. 

Canada Shipping: Please allow approximately 15 days

Other International Shipping: Please allow approximately 30 days

All International Orders are marked as "Merchandise" and the actual value in USD will be marked on the customs form. Buyer is responsible for any/all customs and import taxes that may apply.
GRAVITY DICE is not responsible for delays due to customs. We have seen orders get delayed in customs for over a month before.
 

We can not ensure that packages with insurance will be covered, as this is up to the United States Postal Service what is covered. 

 

ORDER TRACKING - LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

GRAVITY DICE is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders, this includes domestic and international orders. Please track your package with the information provided to you via email. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, contact USPS for the most updated information.

If you purchased Express Shipping or Express PLUS Shipping, you may be eligible for insurance on your package. To file a claim, contact USPS.

REFUNDS

GRAVITY DICE does not accept refunds, however you may exchange your item 

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Email sales@gravitydice.com with your order number and items you would like to exchange.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back item using the carrier of his/her choice OR pay $6 for a GRAVITY DICE prepaid shipping label*.

*If you are using a GRAVITY DICE pre-paid return label, you must ship items back in original packaging. *

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you would like to exchange your item(s).

Products must be returned to GRAVITY DICE within 30 days of delivery.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping OR your items are defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of item and products must be returned to GRAVITY DICE within 30 days.
